pub struct TokioThreadpoolGaiResolver(_);

A resolver using getaddrinfo calls via the tokio_threadpool::blocking API.

Unlike the GaiResolver this will not spawn dedicated threads, but only works when running on the multi-threaded Tokio runtime.
